We use less air (called overrun) than other ice cream shops, producing a richer and better tasting ice cream! We also use the best ingredients from fresh cream to fresh fruits and nuts. Some frozen dessert companies are putting more whey into their products − instead of milk and cream − while we don't rely on whey to make up the bulk of the product.
